What “Former” President addresses the National Guard?
This would be Election Interference if he was a “Former” President due to Election Year on top of that.
If only people would seek to comprehend and understand Military Laws and Orders of a Wartime President and a Military Occupation with Unconventional and Irregular Warfare plus Government-in-Exile paired with Executive Orders and National Emergencies along with bipartisan Federal Legislation in place that more than clearly outline:
