Today I've seen someone say the catholic church is the only real church.
I've seen that same person say that protestants can't be Christians because they hate the true church.
I've seen another person say that true Christians wouldn't be caught dead in a catholic church.
While I personally don't agree with much of what the catholic church does and teaches, no church has everything completely right.
Scripture says whoever calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13). It does not say any believer who is part of a certain denomination is excluded.
Salvation is an individual heart condition issue, not a "you're a member of such and such denomination" issue.

Just in case anyone is confused, I do not love or support the catholic church.
The point I’m making is that salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, that both sides are completely horrible to each other, and we need to change our approach.
