Tibetan religious practices includes the extensive use of bells and they're as Satanic and involved with demons as the Roman Catholic Church ... who historically have also used bells extensively; both with a tradition of pedophile priesthood as well it should be noted.

I've come to the conclusion that *all* common 'worldly' techniques of "meditation" (as opposed to, specifically, meditation on the life and teachings of Jesus and His Word), meant generally as systems of achieving a trance-like 'mindless' (alpha) state (talking about the use of sitting lotus/yoga, mantra, mandala, repetitive 'prayer', repetitive rhythmic base/drum-heavy induced ecstatic dance, alcohol, psychedelic drugs etc) are nothing more than products and techniques that open ourselves to demonic involvement or even possession. We are even given fairly explicit warnings about all such paths/practices in God's written word.
I've had some fairly advanced experience leading me to this conclusion once I came to knowledge of Jesus and what the Bible reveals about the supernatural realm.

I was a working musician primarily in popular dance music genre for several decades with considerable experience w/ pot, psychedelic, and other drugs. Studied w/ African master drummers; pursued and dabbled in other shamanic traditions as well.
While I acknowledge the part 'sound' and 'vibration' played in how God created everything (the Bible says He 'spoke' everything into existence after all) however I do believe it was *organized* sound/vibration ie: *music* via *melody* and *harmony* .. iow I believe God was 'singing' when He did it.

I've reached the place where, due to the clear and growing evidence of this war being revealed to us now between Jesus and Satan/good and evil (all coming to pass as described and prophesied in quite some detail in the Bible), I'm quite leery of ALL other 'paths' and practices 'to get to God' other than a strict adherence to God's Word, the life and teachings of His son as they are, by our invitation, opened to our minds and hearts by His Holy Spirit. The WAY to God we are told is narrow indeed and 'only' by and through Jesus does it pass.

It's very popular to believe the Bible has been so corrupted as to be no longer of value. This to me is as absurd as believing God, the Creator of all and everything, is not in control of His creation. Evidence shows to some degree the Bible has been altered and messed with but I can ONLY accept that it's folly to believe it's not been allowed under God's hand and for his ultimate purpose. Certainly there are many mysteries not addressed or explained in scripture, maybe even "hidden" that will be revealed to us at a later date after the final events of earth history are come but to imagine God hasn't (and COULDN'T?!!) watch over His word to preserve ALL information/teaching *essential* for our salvation ... is just silly.
God is GOOD ... and [still] on His throne and ALL POWERFUL.
