Due to the wind shear coming from
different directions, HAARP has to
really work hard to hit the Tampa Area.
This is their 3rd attempt in the +18 mos
& although they hit the area w/massive
flooding & wind, they still didn't get
hurricane level destruction, to hit the population.
I'm sure they'll try again... unless SOMEONE
sends a Rod of God to HAARP facilities.
