I hvnt been to a dr in 20+yrs.

I did 2cups of this and added 2 cups Bob's Red Mill baking soda. The baking soda helps remove radiation. Bentonite clay does also. And I do add it at times. I just wanted to be able to see my water lol

Thanks Texas. I know Carrie Madea has something like this as a detox bath with the baking soda and bentonite clay. I hear they are putting nano's even in our food, it's sickening. I have candida overgrowth bad. Didn't know that this would help. If you got that out of your bath, time for me to get my supplies and do this

Yes, you can add the baking soda and bentonite clay with that also.
I soak often in bentonite clay, baking soda and Epsom salt for 40 minutes, then shower. Very beneficial, removes radiation also
