On Monday, July 22nd, Police K9 Officer VooDoo,
a Dutch Shepherd, found 44-lbs of methamphetamine
in a cardboard box in the rear passenger area of a car
during a routine Traffic stop.
VooDoo has also found 25-lbs meth
hidden in the quarter panels of a car
& 70-lbs meth in the cargo area of a truck.

There are 50k active police K9s that seize drugs,
sniff out explosives, detain criminals, locate missing people
& uncover forensics at crime scenes.
There are also 2,500 Military Working Dogs, 700 overseas,

After Belgian Malinois, Conan, chased ISIS founder, al-Baghdadi,
through the tunnels to his suicide death, President Trump
gave the βbeautiful, talented dogβ a special medal.

Running toward the danger instead of away from it?
Only a doggie.

& speeding boats,
first into the D.U.M.B.S & tunnels,
first on the battlefield,
first in the searches
& when you see photos of them in Iraq,
it's scary as heck.
MWD's & K9s are FIRST
in all extremely DANGEROUS situations.
Sometimes they outrank their handlers
these dogs are so AMAZING.
You read about them all the time
capturing criminals but most people
kind of pass them by.
I'm determined we SEE & acknowledge
their Divine service ππΎ
The Military recognizes they are priceless
so they have their own medics ON THE FIELD
as well as special equipment
to shield their eyes, ears, paws, etc.
When you see how tenderly the Soldiers
carry them for miles
to spare their paws, it's heartmelting.
One of THE most important services they provide
is Emotional Support ππΎπΎβ€οΈπΊπΈπͺποΈ
