When I was about 40, I owned a home , it needed repairs I could not afford. The Gov. had a program and said they would buy the house, get me into another home at zero% interest, but I did not qualify because I DID NOT HAVE A CHILD ! incentive to get pregnant or what ! and become dependent on them and ignoring the adult.
