The banks are NOT READY yet so the date for BASEL 3/4 completion has been changed. To 2026. It was charged a while ago but the ‘truthers’ forgot to tell you 🤔

This is for the digital currency of each country eg stablecoins - eg USTN (USDC) this needs to happen before RV as the new infrastructure has to be in place as White Hats + galactic will NOT do things halfhearted, it will be done with precision and due diligence.
