While in basic agreement with you, it is his deeds that make him a degenerate reprobate, not his DNA or that he is childless and unmarried.
We don't get to choose our DNA. We are born with it. There are a lot of childless men and women out there who would like to have children but can't (not necessarily their fault) and there are a lot of people out there unmarried who long for a loving and caring spouse who will stay with them and won't leave.
(Take into account that the unmarried are more likely to commit suicide than the married.)
What makes this man a degenerate reprobate is his spiritual and moral condition. Nothing more. If he undergoes a spiritual and moral transformation for the better and begins pursuing after righteousness instead of evil, then he will no longer be a degenerate reprobate regardless of his DNA, marital, or parental status.
