The whole public system is corrupt in the UK. I have had more than one experience of this, in fact I have had several!
The Magistrates courts in cahoots with water companies, they cover for them and work with them where a fake warrant for access (against the law) has been doctored from a completely different law and does not have the relevant court's stamp on it! Where a warrant could only be issued to the liable person, they issued it to our property! A fine for obstruction might have been diffiult to obtain from a property! I caught them out, they used the excuse that I didn't attend the hearing when I had indicated to the WC that I would, but there was no hearing! They couldn't speak for the Magistrate but exonerated the court. A solicitor we saw was in with them too! Police make the weakest excuses and make threats and arrests they are not entitled to make where it's a civil matter. #KARMA coming.
