Friday’s ruling came in one of three cases during the 2023-24 term seeking to curtail the power of federal agencies – a conservative effort sometimes dubbed the “war on the administrative state.” In October, the court heard arguments in a challenge to the constitutionality of the mechanism used to fund the consumer watchdog Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Last month the court upheld the CFPB’s funding by a 7-2 vote. And on Thursday, the justices pared back the power of the Securities and Exchange Commission and other administrative agencies, holding that the SEC cannot continue to use in-house proceedings to impose fines in securities fraud cases.

Many of the weaponized agencies have basically been using the Chevron document to commit crimes under their interpretation of the law. This is a huge step forward in stopping all the government agencies from committing crimes under the guise of law.

It disgust me to think that our own government would even allow EXPERIMENTATION .. on it's citizens .. at one time they dropped something in this small town ... they ended up being in the ER ... Or that they used STD's and small pox on many in Alabama .. It was said to be used on the black communities .. No wonder other countries called AMERICA the GREAT SATAN .... This has to turn around .. and the truth needs to be fully told ... and those involved exposed ..
