The Senate is about to get schooled; even hate speech is protected under constitution. It is bc no 1 person may decide what exactly is hate speech.
We've allowed, out of fear of offending others, the easily offended, to draw an imaginary line, 1 that may move only at their discretion, therefore, infringing on our right to free speech.
Now, we watch legislators fight against relinquishing control. They still ignore control of American speech is NOT theirs, but belongs to the individual as God given.
I trust, hope & pray they are about to recognize their mistaken view.
