A woman has admitted that her husband (MAYBE BABY DADDY?) was stealing from a truck in the middle of the night last week — but she's questioning why the owner fatally shot him.

That's not unusual if the police did it. A friend's dad was killed by police for restraing order violation. Not inside but outside premises. Did not meet their satisfaction for surrender and had no weapon. Just trying to get victim to come to the door.
