If you or your child are dehydrated, especially during an illness, this drink is a must have.

It’s simple and easy.. and takes less than 5 minutes to put together

⭐️ how you can make it:

2 cups coconut water (or filtered water)
2 tbsp raw honey
Juice from 1 lemon or orange
1/4 tsp salt

Give it a quick blend, shake or stir. Store in your fridge and sip during the day to replenish lost electrolytes and give yourself a boost of hydration.
