Timothy McVeigh appears to have been either a patsy or an actor playing a role to accomplish yet another false flag event to promote The Regime's narratives.

There is a practice known in the U.S. as 'sheep dipping' -- being removed from an official military position while remaining under classified orders to work in a different capacity and/or to collaborate with other groups, perhaps illegal capacities. Sheep-dipped individuals work undercover using a different name having a complete, viable cover identity (a.k.a., a 'legend').
