So,
I`m currently working on CIA and MK Ultra and discovered that it was used primarily on members of the US Navy.

They were even known to abduct lowly members like groundsmen whom they would use as guinea pigs for drug experimentation.

It would seem that their is also a MASSIVE correlation between elite (top brass) members of the Navy and the Bohemian Grove fraternity.

LSD (and other drugs, sex, torture 'etc') definitely became integral tools of the CIA mind control experiments/operation. Ken Kesey, who was a major influence on the San Francisco cultural, drugs, and music scene in the mid 60s claims to have discovered LSD via a voluntary gov run drug experiment program as a student at Stanford Univ.
I had a friend whose only drug experience was w/ pot in the early 70s went to a rock music show in a very large St Louis venue. He remembers getting *really* disoriented, having hallucinations and such and ended up wandering around in the hallways where he was approached by two men who began talking to him and guided him into a room where he said they questioned him but couldn't recall much more than that. At the time I was fairly experienced w/ LSD and knew quite a bit about mkultra as well (been 'digging' for a long time!) and it seemed clear to me he had been dosed clandestinely by "who knows who", observed,, tracked and questioned.

It`s truly evil and sinister what they were/are able to get away with.
They have total protection until one of them tries to whistle blow and then they "take care" of business, strangulation seems to be a favourite way to dispense with the unwanted (think door and door handle hangings), simply because it`s one of the slowest most torturous ways to kill someone without leaving a mess.

Harvard Professors Tim Leary and Richard Alpert (who later became 'guru' 'Baba Ram Das') were the LSD/psychedelic pied pipers of the east coast crowd. HUGE counter-culture influencers throughout the 70s-80s.

Been rumors (and some evidence) that at least Leary had CIA connections.
