If each state bank is printing its own currency, there will need to be agreements between each state, to accept the others states currency, or, every time you travel, you will need to buy the currency of the state you are visiting - hopefully the exchange rate is not disproportionate, such as when you use an autobank in another state
Or you would need travelers checks, ie a currency symbol all states agree upon.
Traveling in America, would become like travelling in Europe was, before the Euro.
Its not hard, but does require a bit of planning before travel.

This is why they want to implement the state to state real ID. This is still total control in a different way over people. We need to push forward and go beyond to eliminate it all. Self govern.

As power is placed more locally - it will mean more duplication of process - which is ok, but, will require anyone who travels to know the rules of the place they are going to, and, ensure they and their vehicles are compliant.
If people were sensible, and, considered those around them, and, the effects of the things they do on others, we would not need so many laws... if neighbors were thoughtful for instance, but, I am not seeing that with our neighbors yet...
Until folk treat others as they want to be treated, without excuses or caveats, we will all be under laws, and as power is distributed to smaller groups

We will all need to take part more, and not just 'let others decide', which us what has been encouraged so far.
