DO YOUR OWN REASEARCH IM STILL IFy IN INGESTION BUT I KNOW IT DOES WONDERS IN A BATH

I am iffy about ingesting it as well but used some in a bath with Epsom salt and got relief for arthritis pain. I will 100 be doing it again because it helped
