Another potential meaning is all those virtue signalers who ostracized, shamed, fired, harassed, stalked, brownshirted/reported on, denied healthcare, called for their death, etc. are about to find out that they caused significant if not fatal damage (deaths of despair) to the un-jabbed and they will have to not only live with that, but potentially get some treatment to understand why they ever participated in that behavior. It should be clear who the snake is in that scenario.

I think he is warning that the people you thought had your back when you were doing that nefarious minion thing they got you to agree to for more $$ will offer you up to save themselves.
