It's well documented by John's friends in their memoirs that John was haunted all his life by the assassination of his father.
When Oprah asked him to be on her show to promote his "George" magazine, he had one request -- that she wouldn't show any pictures from when he was a child, including the famous pic of him saluting at his father's funeral.
Well, she did it anyway. All for a reaction.
He handled it well until ~26:00. You can see his quick surprise and then turning away, composing himself. Pretty rotten. He was all class, she was all trash.
