No, not if there is fraud involved or criminal intent which there is both! The companies are and should be on the hook! We need them bankrupted if all these are willing to kill for profit! Their partner was the DARPA/DOD that patented this and gave rights to the companies. Guaranteed sales so they produced jabs early! They all need to go down N-2 style!
