Now reflect on your day to day existence: Has your life been threatened? Are you prohibited to buy food, gas or travel? Can you or others still attend sports games? Can you still shop at the mall? Dine out at restaurants? Do you still enjoy utilities that offer WWW connections like those required by cell phones, tablets, PCs?

Your life hasn't changed that much throughout this war. Just your awareness. As there isn't any Civil War on US soil, you can thank God and any active duty military member you should see for that.
