After yrs og abuse, I spend most of my
time alone... & have learned to cherish it.

Some ways to feel better =

- Sun Gazing, directly at sunrise/sunset or
w/eyes closed during the day

- Earthing, Stand or walk narefoot on ground,
sand or natural stones [not pavement]

- Deep Breathing, Nose inhale, mouth exhale

Sending Prayers but best prayers are ones
you say to yourself... God is INSIDE You!
