I private pilot license is not sufficient to fly from Juneau to Kona because he/she isn't qualified to fly any aircraft that could make the trip.

Regardless; if the Earth has a 24,900 mile circumference, then the distance from a pole to the equator would be 6,225 miles. Flight time for a typical airliner traveling at .82 mach (around 540 mph) would be 11.5 hours.

The 1,000 mph rotational disparity would be spread out over 11.5 hours, or 87 miles per hour.

Or 1.45 mph per minute.

Do you think you would 'feel' a change in motion if you were blindfolded?

This is a side vector (compensated for by the yaw of the aircraft) of 1.45 mph of an aircraft traveling 540 mph. This is a tiny, tiny percentage of relative change and could not be perceived by human senses.

Plus what is really being inferred by this meme is that the acceleration of change between velocities at various Earth diameters because of the curve could be perceived by a human.

Its laughable.
