The Manhattan DA has requested that the judge not jail Trump, and instead fine him $10,000 for violations to the gag order. They’re also requesting that the judge force him to remove 8 post from his social accounts and also his campaign website.
They must’ve realized that throwing the leading candidate of the opposing party in jail probably isn’t a good idea months before the election.
