So, this morning as i am getting ready for another hugh weather event here in Texas which is suppose to hit sunday/monday (yesterday was pretty bad) which will definitely keep me at home (I am not an experienced ice snow driver), I wonder what effect this has in other states? They do say that weather can be manipulated, and is this happening to keep people at home for some reason? Asking for a friend.

In NE Louisiana and been in the house since the temp dropped. ice then snow then more ice. Tried to go out Monday, but the roads were too bad. Now there is nothing in the store. Fortunately we only lost power for a couple of hours. My daughter is in texas though and the lack of power and water made it harder. Praying for those lest fortunate.
