I'm gobsmacked!

I posted this earlier. Whatever made me search my photos for this I don't know, except that I do many things which come as a surprise to me.

The search in my photos could have brought up some Mil plane callsigns as several have a multiiple of 0 in them, that is what I was expecting! Instead I got several removed photos, some were quite recent!
Microsoft provides the IS on Dell computers, they don't allow any other security since at least 2016 when I bought my current PC.

I uploaded one ss I took of the removed image, another wouldn't load. Neither will the original removed photos!
