I'm at the mindset that it's quite the opposite.

I'm going to say that they did not fulfill their burden of notice to those that might been #unaware or #enslaved

Facts are they failed. It all stinks to high heaven.

Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(e)(2)(C)(i)–(iv). As one district court has noted, “[i]f the class settlement does

not provide effectual relief to the class . . . then the class representatives have failed in their duty
under Rule 23 to fairly and adequately protect the interests of the class.”
