Because current Bipartisan Legislation outlines a World Military Occupation and Continuity of Operations taking place.
Which is why ole Joe received 3 Cannons at Arlington National Cemetery on January 20, 2021, which was not a 21-Gun Salute, it is a Military FUNERAL Honors.

You can keep whining, fussing, complaining or you can listen to a retired military veteran who can make you understand what’s going on via the Military where you can also appreciate the current Military Service Members more and what they’ve been doing.
