This is incredibly asinine. Are there ANY intelligent people currently living in ANY liberal city in this country? IF there is ever a division in our nation, it will be between liberals and conservatives. I, for one don't want to pay for liberal cities' mistakes. Let them tax the illegals to fix their cities.
