Two of the most powerful commands to increase your light and your connection with your Spirit are these:
I NOW INCREASE MY LIFE FORCE ENERGY
I COMMAND MY SPIRIT TO BRING THE THOUGHTS FROM MY HEAD INTO MY HEART TO BRING ME PEACE
Then count down as you feel the mind energy dropping into your heart

Thank you again for your help and advice. I have another question. Many of the posts on this topic mention giving up old belief systems. Does that mean giving up my faith in Jesus? I can't do that. I can't deny that.
