Today's early Saturday - another disturbance of the night's peace - main actor - old Kolínská again, this morning at 5:35 a.m., the volume was greatly increased at 5:40 a.m., hot zone of the postbox and noisy handling of postbox/postboxes happened faster than usual. Down in the basement, the volume is greatly amplified.
Repeated disturbance at night, so again 👉Night rest, or the determination of "night time" is specified in § 34, paragraph 2, of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health. Night time is set from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. During this time period, everyone is obliged to observe silence and noise and vibration protection.
If there have already breaking the their own law repeatedly in the past and it's still going on, isn't this already a crime?! Aren't those who enable this behavior accomplices?
