We have toll roads here in PA also. As I understand it, the money from the tolls is supposed to go into a fund for road repair.
So why are they using taxpayer money to fix the roads???

Not only toll roads but the highest gas tax in the region. Then they build them extra sh!tty so they melt under the weight of all the semi’s. Between the mafia and the Marxists, the normies in PA don’t stand a chance.
