The bill was quite literally dubbed 'the chemtrail bill' because the populace lacks the intelligence to understand the actual goal of the bill. It has nothing to do with chemtrails. It's an environmental restriction bill supporting the climate change people.
Thankfully it's passed an on Lee's desk so they can get down to serious business - next up they will waste tax dollars debating the existence of Bigfoot... thanks to Representative John Ray Clemmons from Nashville.

Hopefully, House Bill 2063 the "chemtrail bill" as it has been dubbed, will cause enough of a stir that people will want to know what exactly banning the “intentional injection, release, or dispersion, by any means, of chemicals, chemical compounds, substances" really means. They might actually learn chemtrails are just that. 😉

The bill only bans the Federal government from those actions and to date the federal government hasn't done that since the 1930's. It won't create a stir - so far it's only generated paranoia and laughs.
