I was up with the weather last night, and watched the weather folks 12:15am not be able to refresh the radar scans... everywhere reported radar failure.
I watched St. Louis along with my YouTube weather channels and they all were flustered not ever seeing this type of failure before.
One guy thought it was a hack.
