We need to be careful of assigning historical events and prophesies to our current time. Some of these prophesies may have already been fullfilled. For example Nebekenezers dream in Daniel and the interpretation of the statue by Daniel most likely points to the destruction of Israel in AD 70 that Jesus warned was coming. These invading armies of Israel, being the result of the Roman empire and the corrupt Israel leadership ( Rome = iron, Clay=Israel) mixing together to reject the Stone (Jesus) who is the Cornerstone. The Law of Moses included blessings and curses. If the people did not uphold the law they would be overtaken by other countries. Jesus warned his disciples that there would be no stone left on the other of the temple. The leadership of Israel had rejected the Messiah and destruction followed. Food for thought about interpreting the times of prophetic fullfillment. 😇
