3. If we had a media that wasnt in the governments pay some journalist somewhere would do some digging and find the figures for this happening over the last decade say. I am sure St johns ambulance who are in attendence at matches keep records - it can't be that difficult to find out if there has been a rise in this happening. Or is it they already know the answer which is why they won't look into it?
