There is absolutely NO excuse NOR legitimacy to ANY laws on firearms at all, WHATSOEVER.
Even background checks, and permits... it's ALL UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
Why's there concealed carry and carry laws?

the 2A.
THAT is the law and it is sufficient.
You're supposed to be able to buy, own, operate firearms and ammo whenever TF and take it with you wherever TF.

That should cover the judicial reaction to any gun related crime.
