Another interesting thing about the Baltimore bridge, as a driver who used it daily for 30 years to go in and out of Baltimore, it is a toll bridge, whenever a ship was near, the bridge was closed to vehicle traffic. They would either clear the cars, or halt the ship to let the existing cars go. Once it's cleared, ships would pass. A signal would go off way before a vehicle approach the bridge so drivers would know the bridge is closed to allow ships to pass. What were cars doing on the bridge while the ship was passing through? Or Why was the ship passing through with cars on the bridge? This is very strange, from what I'm seeing from the video.
