The only thing this tells me is there is likely some genetic engineering going on. It is more common to see this now after the pandemic, but there are many reasons that could be happening (heart issues are one of them). We could notice other similar prevalences (some kids are absolutely huge these days--both tall and heavy) and I am going to go with genetic engineering of some sort before I assume they are pharaohs. When did they start measuring head circumference at the pediatricians? Perhaps looking into that might offer some clues into when the social engineering got ramped up.
