Early this morning, before daylight I was reading about the New Madrid Fault and the fact that an expected major Earthquake is past due. The one that happened in 1811 was preceeded by a full moon then 2 weeks later a Solar Eclipse. The waters of the Mississippi River ran backwards for hours.

Could this be the reason for all the warnings to be prepared? And all the extra National Guard setting up in the areas where millions will be watching the eclipse.
