Very true! At 75 I do not ever call myself a
"senior citizen" or senior. Have never been to the senior center in town either. 😅🤣Hike in the forest 7 days a week for 4-5 miles with my dog. Cross country ski, snowshoe, do strength exercises and yoga moves. Bike in summer. Just helped my husband clear 3 feet of snow this past weekend too. 💪 Getting older is very much a mindset. Young minded=staying young no matter how many birthdays. 😇
