While listening to the SCOTUS LIVE .Its seems they are under the belief with the Attys agreeing that the government DOES HAVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THE 1ST AMENDMENT. How is that ? I am hearing the justices stating that the government HAS THIS RIGHT. Can ANYONE PLEASE explain this IF IT IS TRUTH.
