I'm so burned out navigating 3D vs. 4D.

I just listened to my employee bitch about how work is down, he's not making as much money, outlook is bleak....

How can I fix it? Well, I can't. We're in a recession, I can't get part for my trucks, what parts I can get are $$ 35-50% higher in cost than 4 years ago.

I'm sick about knowing what I know. Our complete economy is going to collapse (4D) & telling him that I know that we're going to have a recession (3D) and that I'm doing everything I can to find more work while I know that there won't be any very soon (4D)

Transversing 2 worlds is exhausting. I love my employees immensly but I can't change the financial future. It's gonna suck for me too. I'm going to lose everything, just like them. They are looking to me for guidance. I hate this.
