I found this on X..but who knows what the truth really is…I am a cheese addict😩
Pfizer did launch the first FPC Rennet in 1990 but had sold the business by 1996 to Chr. Hansen and has not produced Rennet since.
Current production does not use the Pfizer process, does not involve CRISPR and there is no GMO in either the Rennet or cheese
