I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN I WORKED ON FEDERAL ROAD JOBS AND SAME THING DIDNT SMOKE FOR OVER 20 YEARS...I DO PRIVATE CONTRACTING NOW RUNNING HEAVY EQUIPTMENT SO I AM MAKING UP FOR THOSE 20 YEARS....SAME HERE IT HELPS ME FOCUS WHEN I PLAY IN THE SAND BOX
