Does anyone know the exact dosage of NAC and how to use? I just bought it and they are 600 milligrams. Please share if you know. Thanks

This says 750 but i tk 600 as well.

It is daily. However I don't tk it all the time. My vitamins have it in them so I tk it about 3/4 times a wk.
