Hi Kat - love all of your posts! I scrolled through your Gab info but didn’t really see anything on high cholesterol..do you know of anything natural? Dr wants me on statins but have been resisting for a couple of years due to reading about the link between them and Alzheimer’s and dementia..the Niacin I’ve been taking isn’t really working and makes me BURN up for 3-4 hours..not overweight but am from the south where we fry everything 😬 so I know I could improve that..thank you!☺️

YVW!!! Cholesterol, there is a lot more to this lately that others have posted. Oatmeal helps to reduce it the bad cholesterol. However, use the full oats, not the instant! I will do a little dig here to see if I can help... I will post here. I hope it all helps! And of course, feel free to research too!💛

Thank you! I do research so right now am trying Hawthorn supplements and of course, lemon water. I did the oatmeal thing for about 6 months with no improvement. Just thought I’d pick your brain for a “magic bullet”. Have a great day!
