Pantex open for normal operations after fires threatened nuclear weapons plant
Operations at the Pantex nuclear weapons plant were restored Wednesday after being paused Tuesday evening as nuclear security officials monitored wildfires near the facility northeast of Amarillo.

Okay lets nip this in the bud. The flames didnt get that close to pantex and it is no longer a nuclear facility in the way some portray it. We used to dismantle the nuclear bombs but all that stuff has been finished. They shut down out of precaution but the flames didnt get close enough to hurt anything at all. It also slid several miles to the east of the tyson plant but not close enough to damage it. We ARE NOT and have not been surrounded by flames in amarillo. That is BS.
