The Republican Primary is well underway in South Carolina and already there are reports of issues with voting tabulators in at least one precinct in Richland County.

The other slot is in the plastic box under the ES&S DS200 unit, the Hand Count tray that can hold ballots until the DS200 ballot scanner is fixed. Although some voters try to fold their ballots and shove them into various openings around the DS200 scanner, there is no other slot for voters to insert their ballots.
